This Quality Policy is issued in accordance with ISO 15189:2022

- We aim to fulfill or exceed the expectations and requirements from our customers and stakeholders, and that our services fulfill the intended use and purpose.
- We comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- We recognize that every employee contributes to the fulfillment of the Quality Policy and provide all employees the prerequisites to do so by competence development and support.
- We ensure this policy is implemented in the daily operations, through measurable objectives and quality indicators, including regular follow-up of these.
- We work continuously and systematically with improvements of our services, to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our services and to minimize patient risk.
